What is the return policy?
Because every Floreva piece is made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind purchases. We don't hold inventory and every order is printed as soon as the order is placed.
That being said, you will get your money back guaranteed if you are unsatisfied with your bag. Email hello@shopfloreva.com with a photo of the issue and your order number and we will either refund you or send you a new bag.
Customers located in the European Union, United Kingdom, and other regions with statutory consumer rights are entitled to additional protections under their local laws, including the right to cancel orders before fulfillment and return items within the legally required timeframe. You may spot clean with a damp cloth and modest amounts of soap. Do not machine wash, tumble dry, or iron directly on printed areas. Dry clean only. Proper care allows your bag to look beautiful for longer!
